December Update • Ending The Year On A Brighter Note...

Don’t forget to catch regular updates from me on Instagram.

We made it. 2021 is so close and as I look back to what the year 2020 brought us, I think it’s safe to say that we are all very optimistic about the future. Over the last week or so, I’ve been planning for next year…setting goals and intentions to power me through 2021. I have high hopes for the year ahead and have always loved setting goals for myself and my business.

The past few weeks have turned into a much busier holiday real estate season than expected…usually, it’s a lot slower, but I currently have four new active buyers in the past 2 weeks alone; I received an offer on a new listing this week along with 2.6 million in escrow. If you can’t already tell – I haven’t taken much “time off”, but that’s ok! I love what I do and feel very grateful for the year my team has had.

Speaking of gratitude – when’s the last time you donated to a local non-profit or charity organization? Seriously…as 2020 comes to a close I am encouraging you all from the bottom of my heart to join me in donating to the charity of your choice!

Over the past year, I’ve come to realize that what really matters in life is to spread joy wherever you can AND keep your eyes open for the simple pleasures found in the day-to-day. 2020 taught me to be bold and dig deeper even when a shit storm can be racing towards you… but most importantly, I realized how much real estate and building my brand is my true calling.

Thank you to everyone who supported me this year! Whether you liked one of my posts on Instagram, checked out my blog, opened my monthly newsletter, or referred me to a family member or friend — all those little acts of kindness are so appreciated.

I look forward to seeing what the new year has in store for us all. And as always, if you need anything at all then don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

XOXO -Erica
