I enjoy taking daily long walks with my pup Jagger, but once The Corner Studio started offering private pilates classes again, I jumped at the opportunity to get back!
Pilates has always been a favorite workout of mine because it lengthens, tones, and really targets the core. Plus, it’s an incredible stress reliever! I take early morning classes to kickstart my day on the right foot, and highly recommend you start a morning movement routine, too.
The Corner Studio is a 15-minute drive from my downtown Detroit home and they offer incredible one-on-one, private pilates classes to keep everyone safe. I have been seeing Nancy Blake and LOVE the way she teaches pilates. I highly recommend that you schedule a private session with her asap. I wear a mask for the hour-long sessions and always walk away feeling 10x better than when I walked in.
The Corner Studio also has a ton of other class offerings to choose from other than pilates, too. Their studios are clean, beautiful, and really positive spaces that I feel super comfortable in.
