Whether I’m having a few friends over or expecting a large group, my one go-to hostess secret is PAPA JOE’S MARKET CATERING! Everyone always asks if I cooked or where the sushi came from…so I guess the cat is out of the bag. I love the quality of food from Papa Joe’s and can’t recommend their catering services enough.

I’m not one to have people over and let them go hungry, so to ensure everyone has a fun (and yummy) evening, I like to order a mix of Papa Joe’s Market sushi, pasta salads, and veggie trays + dips.

I like to use recyclable wooden cutlery and plates from Amazon and display everything next to an open bottle of champagne and a fresh bouquet of flowers (that I most likely also picked up from Papa Joe’s). Then, everyone usually helps themselves to the buffet! It’s seriously so easy - all you have to do is order ahead of time and go pick it up at the location closest to you - Birmingham or Rochester.

So next time you have people over - keep it easy and simple with Papa Joe’s ;) trust me, it’s worth it! XO -Erica
