Pro Tip • January Edition • Making Time To Build A Manifestation Mindset

Do you ever wish you could see into the future? ✨👀

When you close your eyes to envision the future, what do you see? ✨💜

I am a firm believer in manifesting what I want to happen in my personal and professional life. I truly believe that the one big differentiator that sets me apart from other realtors is my manifestation mindset. This optimistic and future-focused mindset is a game-changer because it keeps me dialed in at all times.

Try these simple tips to practice this successful mindset:

  • Envision what you want every single day and set a positive intention for the day.

  • Focus on your future goals multiple times a day. Write them down or make a vision board.

  • Do everything in your power to stay positive by eating healthy and staying active.

  • Indulge yourself, even if it’s with a single piece of dark chocolate, at least one time a day!

The pandemic was both a curse and a blessing…ever since quarantine, I have been making more time for my personal growth and mental health. And no matter what 2021 turns out like… this year I’m making a pact with myself to SCHEDULE MORE TIME FOR ME! I hereby declare that this is the year that all of us need to set more time aside to relax, write, sing, dance…whatever you’re passionate about—MAKE THIS YEAR THE YEAR THAT YOU DO MORE OF WHAT YOU LOVE.

In addition to my tips above, here are some simple things I have been doing to amp up my mental health and daily routine that have already made a huge impact.

  • I get at least 30 minutes of fresh air with my dog every morning — no matter how cold it is!

  • I plan scheduled times to workout in advance (to hold myself accountable) ….check out my faves like The Corner Studio Pilates or LBS Studio!

  • I plan one date night a week where Kyle and I cook a meal at home or order from a local spot in town, light some candles, and watch a movie! The only rule is we can’t talk about work :)

I hope at least one of these tips helps you today and that you make a point to start making more time for the things (and people or pets) you love. After all, we all have as much time in the day as Beyoncé, right?! ;)
